Email Magic© - Once you try it, you will love it!  Communicate with your clients, vendors, customers with a few clicks of the mouse.  Emails are sent to only those you select.

You can send timely and pertinent information to the right people.  You can be ahead of your competition by utilizing Email Magic

An example: send an Email Magic© campaign to specific customers announcing a new product.

Two easy steps:

1.  On Screen 1 you select various criteria to find only those records you want.
2.  On Screen 2 you add your "subject" and "body" information - in the body of your Email, add a hotlink to your website where you have already stored the full description of the new product!  Because it's on your website, and not in the Email itself, you cut down on network traffic, plus you raise visibility for your website.
